PT Staffing/Dispatch Coordinator

Staffing Coordinator/DispatcherKRE Security, a family-owned Security company, is looking for a staffing coordinator/dispatcher to act as a communication point between our security personnel and Scheduling Manager. You will receive requests, transmit messages, and ensure that our security guards are arriving on site and on time. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm and composed, especially in hectic situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take appropriate actions with little supervision. The goal is ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information, as well as adapting quickly to last minute scheduling changes and finding coverage.Hours: 1st Shift: Sat & Sun 6am - 2pm 2nd Shift: Sat & Sun 2pm - 10pm Additional hours available for coverage of FT Staff time off needs.Responsibilities:Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutionsPrioritize calls according to urgency and importanceUse phone, email, and text messaging to send personnel to appropriate locationsEnter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other informationSkills:Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant positionFast typing with experience in data entryProficient in Office & ExcelKnowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situationsProficient in English (oral and written)Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilitiesActive listener with excellent communication skillsSound judgement and critical thinkingHigh school diplomaJob Type: Part Time Pay: $18.00 Salary: $18 an hour Employment Type: Part-time Qualifications Benefits Opportunities for advancement, Flexible schedule
