If you are a Project Manager that aligns with our values, we would love for you to continue reading and apply.What You Will Do:Works with clients and project teams to determine and develop project objectives, scopes, budgets, deliverables, and schedules.Maintains client communication and project documentation.Plans, coordinates, and oversees project activities to ensure on-time delivery.Anticipates project challenges and advises team on alternative solutions.Ensures project deliveries meet quality standards.Mentors and evaluates staff.Assists in the training of staff in standard practices and procedures.Analyzes project profitability, revenue and billing rates, and monthly project invoices.Conduct business development and develop client relationships related to floodplain and stormwater management. Travel to client and project locations for submittal reviews, field verification of models, proposal presentations, and other client management activities.What You Will Bring:A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil, Biosystems, or Environmental Engineering7+ years of experience in water resource and stormwater management.A minimum of 3 years of project management experienceCurrent PE license or the ability to obtain one within 6 monthsHydrologic ModelingHydraulic Modeling (1D and 2D)ESRI ProductsFEMA LOMC SubmittalsOur preferred candidate will have:Proven project management experienceExperience managing, developing, and mentoring staffDesire to be involved in business development activitiesWho We Are:WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in engineering, community planning, environmental, and construction services.
