Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs during scheduled consultations, whether by phone or video, taking into account various social, emotional, and environmental factors.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and their families during high-stress situations, ensuring that they feel heard and supported.

• Facilitate referrals to appropriate external services and agencies, connecting clients to resources that can further assist in their healing and recovery processes.

• Engage clients in positive therapeutic activities and encourage involvement in community resources that support their mental health and social development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Florida is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
