Empowered to provide a superior call experience, the full-time remote Associate Customer Care Professional will manage diverse customer interactions, focusing on problem resolution and building rapport while navigating multiple systems. Key responsibilities Engage with callers to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions without relying on scripts Ensure high-quality customer experiences by minimizing processing time and achieving first-call resolution Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to advance within the organization Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education preferred Experience in navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution Ability to work a full-time schedule after training, Monday through Friday, between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. CST Remote work requirements include a private, distraction-free area with reliable high-speed internet Ability to pass a criminal background check
