Financial Crime Analyst - Entry Level

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL that is seeking an Entry-Level Financial Crime Analyst. Prior AML, fraud, or financial services experience is not required. Get paid to learn.Kforce is partnering with a large, well recognized financial services organization seeking Entry Level Financial Crime Analysts to join their growing teams in Phoenix and Sunrise. This is a true foot in the door opportunity for recent graduates or early career professionals interested in investigations, compliance, and financial crime prevention.Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze transactions for potential financial crime or fraud
• Support AML, KYC, and investigative processes
• Document findings and escalate issues following compliance guidelines
• Work alongside experienced professionals in a structured, team based environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Criminal Justice, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics (or related field)
• Strong computer skills - comfortable working across multiple systems and applications
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot issues and patterns
• Analytical mindset with a genuine interest in investigations, compliance, or financial crime

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
