We’re seeking a dependable, motivated person to assist our current staff with front- and back-office tasks. This position is a good fit for someone who learns quickly, types accurately, and is willing to learn. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Starting pay: $14 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours during office hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting patients and assisting with check-in
• Collecting and updating patient demographic information
• Helping with general front- and back-office tasks
• Answering phones and directing messages as needed
• Typing and entering information accurately
• Assisting with scribe duties as trained and directed by staff
• Keeping work areas organized and maintaining patient confidentiality

• Fast, accurate typing and basic computer skills

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Respect for patient privacy
