Compensation Hourly Rate: $22 - $35 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location). Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Overview Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs.
