Fabricate machine parts to specifications using a CNC machine or non-CNC

machine.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling

and Horizontal machines .

• Measure, examine and test completed units in order to detect defects and

ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as

micrometers.

• Inspect finished pieces.

• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.

• Observe and listen to operating machines in order to diagnose machine

malfunctions and to determine need for a Set Up Operator to make

adjustments.

• Keep required coolant levels on machine.

• Position and fasten work pieces.

• Complete Quality Control paperwork - Operation Sheets

• Separate Parts

• Move material or parts

• Sweep and keep areas neat

• Follow Safety Rules

• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Mechanically Inclined

• Ability to handle specified equipment

Salary Pay Range:

$16.68 - $22.12 USD Hourly

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training . In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation .
