Catering Supervisor - Parkhurst Dining

Join our team in a dynamic catering and events supervisor role offering $20–$24 / hour with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends. This position is ideal for an independent, service-focused professional with 1–3 years of catering, banquet, or serving experience. Responsibilities include coordinating catering deliveries across campus, interacting with customers in a hospitality-driven environment, training and guiding staff on service expectations, and ensuring all events meet presentation, service, and safety standards. The successful candidate will oversee event execution from start to finish by reviewing BEOs and catering orders, ensuring functions are properly set up, professionally served, and cleaned up efficiently while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Three or more years of professional experience with one or more years in a catering supervisory role.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• High school or GED.
