Oats Overnight is on a mission to build a generational CPG brand. Since 2016, our high-protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct-to-consumer, and we’re now scaling with all major nationwide retail and club partners. The HR Generalist supports business operations by acting as both a strategic partner and administrative resource for the HR team. This role manages a range of responsibilities including employee relations, onboarding, HRIS administration, and compliance. The HR Generalist plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing a positive employee experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday What You’ll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part Serve as the HR resource for the non-exempt workforce. Act as coach and advisor by providing effective HR support on absences, conduct, capability, organizational changes, and other employee-relations matters. Conduct new hire onboarding and ensure a welcoming experience for all new employees. Handle administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle including HRIS data entry and accuracy audits. Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and paper formats. Partner with managers and employees to support culture, development, and retention. Other duties as assigned. What You’ve Done And Who You Are Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in employee relations. Proven success in an HR department, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
