The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with strong media background, a proven record of driving revenue, and the ability to build client relationships and develop effective multi-platform solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a leader in the local media industry, FTS owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations, including stations in 14 of the top 15 markets and duopolies in 11. Eighteen are FOX Network affiliates, and together the stations produce approximately 1,300 hours of local news every week. FOX LOCAL, the company's free ad-supported digital and streaming product, extends that news, weather and local content across connected TV & mobile devices.The Regional Digital Sales manager will drive digital and streaming revenue across the company’s Houston and Austin markets. The ideal candidate is a media sales leader with a proven record of success who can collaborate effectively, develop client relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities.If you fit the bill and are eager to build what’s next in local media, we’d love to connect!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Sales StrategiesCreate and implement effective FLX and streaming sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Analyze market trends and competition to identify new market opportunities for growth.Team ManagementCoach and mentor sales teams across multiple TV station markets.Provide guidance, and training, to ensure the success of the sales teams.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertisers.Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored streaming solutions.Revenue OptimizationIdentify and pursue new revenue streams and business development opportunities.Optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and profitability.Reporting and AnalysisFocus on sales team pipeline and driving new businessProvide regular reports to senior management on key metrics and achievements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
