Data Entry Associate I

The Data Entry Associate I will accurately enter, verify, and maintain customer and sales order information across company systems while supporting data integrity and timely order processing.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Has 2–3 years of related experience
• Is proficient with software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools
• Has strong attention to detail and consistently works with accuracy
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
• Works well in a team environment and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
• Has strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrates adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to learn
• Has experience with Acumatica (preferred)

What you'll do:

• Extract completed sales orders from the CRM and enter them into the Acumatica ERP system daily
• Review and verify sales orders in Acumatica for accuracy before transmitting them to fulfillment
• Open cases on the dashboard to obtain additional information for incomplete documents
• Scan documents into document management systems and databases
• Respond to requests for information from internal and external customers
• Update customer information in Acumatica
• Follow data integrity and security policies
• Maintain accurate and organized records across company systems
• Work closely with team members to support efficient and accurate data processing
