Senior Regional Director, Human ResourcesFox TV Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations, including stations in 14 of the top 15 markets and duopolies in 11. Eighteen are FOX Network affiliates, and together the stations produce approximately 1,300 hours of local news every week. FOX LOCAL, the company's free ad-supported digital and streaming product, extends that news, weather and local content across connected TV & mobile devices. LiveNOW from FOX expands the FTS portfolio even further as the only national streaming services to be truly live 24/7, covering breaking news and events as they happen.Fox Television Stations is seeking a strategic, business-minded Senior Regional Director, Human Resources to serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the senior leadership team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, this leader will serve as the SVP's primary partner in supporting Fox Television Stations' Southeast and Mid-Atlantic station locations, as well as Corporate functions, including Sales, Legal, Finance and Public Relations.This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for translating business priorities into effective people strategies across a complex, fast-paced, multi-location organization. The Senior Regional Director will lead a team of five direct reports and partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, talent, engagement, culture and performance.The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, sound judgment, deep HR expertise and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic leadership and hands-on execution. This individual will be comfortable operating across diverse station environments, building trusted relationships with leaders and employees, and navigating change with clarity, discretion and pragmatism.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across Fox Television Stations' Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets, Sales organization and Corporate functions.Act as the primary HR partner to the SVP, Human Resources, helping set regional priorities, anticipate organizational needs and drive consistent execution of the broader people strategy.Lead, coach and develop a team of five HR professionals, establishing clear priorities, accountability and strong business partnership across the assigned portfolio.Develop a deep understanding of station operations, revenue drivers, market dynamics and functional priorities in order to deliver practical, scalable HR solutions.Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development.Advise executives and managers on performance management, employee development, team effectiveness and organizational health.Guide leaders through complex employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution and performance issues with sound judgment, consistency and confidentiality.Support business transformation, organizational change, integrations and other strategic initiatives affecting station locations and corporate functions.Partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation on hiring strategies, workforce plans, internal mobility, competitive offers and retention priorities.Drive employee engagement, culture and employee experience initiatives that support performance, collaboration and retention.Partner with HR Operations, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, Learning & Development and other Centers of Excellence to ensure effective and consistent delivery of HR programs.Use workforce data, people analytics and business insights to identify trends, inform decisions and recommend actions to senior leadership.Promote consistent application of company policies, employment practices and applicable regulatory requirements across the region.Build strong relationships with station leadership, Sales leaders and Corporate executives while maintaining credibility with managers and employees at all levels.Represent Fox Television Stations and Human Resources in enterprise-wide initiatives, special projects and cross-functional leadership forums.Travel regularly to assigned station locations and other business offices as needed.WHAT YOU WILL NEED12 or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience supporting geographically dispersed teams, business units or markets.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.Demonstrated success serving as a strategic HR partner to senior executives and operating leaders.Experience leading and developing an HR team, preferably in a matrixed or multi-location organization.Broad expertise across employee relations, talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management and change leadership.Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people strategies to operational, financial and organizational priorities.Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt effectively to executive, manager and employee audiences.Executive presence, discretion and mature judgment when handling sensitive and complex matters.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to identify trends and influence decisions.Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, operate with urgency and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Experience in television, media, entertainment, broadcasting, sales, technology or another complex and evolving industry is preferred.Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.SUCCESS IN THIS ROLEBuild trusted partnerships with station, Sales and Corporate leaders.Develop a high-performing, connected regional HR team.Strengthen leadership capability, talent pipelines and organizational effectiveness.Provide consistent, thoughtful and timely counsel on employee relations and people decisions.Improve employee engagement, retention and the overall employee experience.Ensure regional priorities are aligned with and advance Fox Television Stations' broader business and people strategies.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
