Details Step Down unit within Pulmonary Thoracic care Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 36 hours per week No on-call responsibilities 13-week contract length Available start dates fall on Mondays Requirements Active RN license (GA or Compact) in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Minimum 18 months of Step Down specialty experience within the past 3 years Must complete a proctored rhythm identification test upon starting (two attempts allowed, not multiple choice) Additional Information Navy blue scrubs required Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday, with only 1 holiday request allowed American Traveler Job ID P-750270.
