Job Title RN – Step Down / IMC / PCU Location Atlanta, GA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts (36 hrs/week) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Step Down / IMC / PCU setting Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; clinicians will be required to complete a proctored rhythm identification test upon start (two attempts allowed, open-answer format) Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes Adhere to unit dress code: Navy Blue scrubs Required Qualifications Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission BLS certification required ACLS certification required NIHSS certification required Minimum 18 months of IMC/PCU/Step Down experience within the past 3 years Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — no local travelers eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Strong cardiac rhythm recognition and interpretation skills Experience working in a high-acuity intermediate or progressive care environment Why Join Us Flexible start dates available every Monday for a 13-week contract engagement Opportunity to work in a well-regarded acute care environment with a structured onboarding process Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775970.
