Job Title RN – Step Down / IMC / PCU Location Atlanta, GA | Step Down / IMC / PCU Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts (36 hrs/week) | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Step Down / Intermediate Care / PCU setting Monitor and assess patients requiring close cardiac and neurological observation Perform and interpret cardiac rhythm identification as required by the unit Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner Required Qualifications Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission BLS certification required ACLS certification required NIHSS certification required Minimum 18 months of IMC/PCU/Step Down experience within the past 3 years Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local travelers Preferred Experience / Skills Strong cardiac rhythm recognition skills (candidates will be required to pass a proctored, non-multiple-choice rhythm identification test upon start) Experience in a high-acuity intermediate or progressive care environment Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a high-acuity Step Down environment with a well-regarded acute care facility in Atlanta Flexible start dates available every Monday with a structured 13-week contract Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775973.
