The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, takes pride in producing high‑quality food, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout shifts. Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner. Assist with inventory management, food rotation, and minimizing waste. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties. Qualifications Previous line cook experience preferred. Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
