Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ED) team. This full-time role involves providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. The RN establishes authentic relationships with patients and their support systems, utilizing evidence-based practices and compassionate care to promote health or ensure peaceful end-of-life support. Responsibilities include managing and delivering care in accordance with policies, taking accountability for patient outcomes, and contributing to a positive team dynamic. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred. One year of acute nursing experience. Current RN licensure in the appropriate state. BLS certification through recognized organizations. Skills Required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to navigate complex patient needs with compassion and professionalism.
