Behavior Therapist For Autism (ABA) - Center & In Home Support

Associate Behavior Therapist Location: Victorville, California (Industrial Blvd, 92395) Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–7:00 PM. Hybrid role providing ABA support to clients in-center and in-home. Center sessions occur between 8 AM–5 PM, and in-home sessions may take place afterward, ending as late as 7 PM. Schedules are planned in advance so you always know what your day looks like. As an Associate Behavior Therapist at Accel Therapies, you’ll: Get in there and play —you’ll deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Track progress like a pro —you’ll collect data on every goal, every day. You are at least 18 years old (required) You’ve got your high school diploma or GED (required) You have availability from 1:00 AM to 7:00PM, Monday through Friday (required) You have your own reliable transportation You’re reliable, communicative, and eager to learn You enjoy working with kids and may have experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy (a plus!)
