Job Grade 4 Job Tier 3 Career Area Hospitality and Restaurant Operations Supervisor Yes Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in dietetics, food and nutrition, food service management, nutrition education, institutional management, or related science. OR Completion of a coordinated undergraduate program, internship, or other clinical component approved by AND (formerly ADA) for dietitians or nutritionists, and three (3) years of experience. OR Professional registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Additional Qualifications/Requirements Work Schedule - Onsite (Exchange Headquarters, Dallas TX) Remote/Telework not authorized, per Presidential Memorandum "Return to In Person Work" PCS not authorized. LSP not authorized. Salary Minimum $72,064.00 Major Duties Administers the School Meal Program, ensuring compliance with federal nutrition standards; oversees menu development, production records, and nutrient analysis. Promotes nutrition awareness and supports age-appropriate assessments and data collection. Conducts internal reviews and analyzes participation data to inform menu planning and optimize commodity utilization. Coordinates special diet accommodations in partnership with DoDEA Health Services, maintaining accurate and confidential records. Ensures adherence to NSLP and DoDEA standards by overseeing food safety, quality, and consistency. Collaborates with regional specialists to enhance food presentation, service quality, and overall program effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned.
