Regional Vice President, Strategic Sales (NE)

What You'll Get to Do As Vice President, Regional Sales, you will be a key member of the CRL leadership team, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and leading a high-performing, customer-focused sales organization. You'll shape strategy, inspire teams, and deliver impactful solutions that strengthen our market position. Job responsibilities include:

- Lead the development and execution of regional sales and channel strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Align sales objectives with broader business strategy through forecasting, planning, and budgeting
- Build and maintain annual segment plans to acquire new customers, grow market share, and expand into new markets
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to align priorities, campaigns, and resources
- Design and optimize sales structures including territories, roles, quotas, and incentive programs
- Use data, market insights, and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Establish pricing strategies, controls, and reporting to maximize portfolio value
- Oversee sales operations, KPIs, and performance management systems
- Strengthen pipeline management and forecasting to ensure consistent revenue generation
- Collaborate with leadership on SIOP planning and demand forecasting
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Champion organizational agility, continuous improvement, and change initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Proven track record of building and leading world-class sales organizations
- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 7+ years leading large-scale teams
- Experience managing $400M+ revenue portfolios
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, or building products industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Inspirational, coaching-oriented leadership style with a focus on team development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience driving large-scale change initiatives and organizational transformation
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
