Loan Credit Quality AnalystLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Loan Credit Quality Analyst at our top tier banking client in Plano, Texas. Primarily responsible for risk management by way of review of data elements on credit approval and loan documentation in the financial and collateral booking process and accurately book loans to the system of record.ONSITE JOB M-F shift is flex, candidate can discuss with manager during interview7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. / 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. / 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Identify and escalate quality assurance findings promptly, following appropriate communication channelsClear and concise communication of quality assurance findings, to various management levelsDrive execution and prompt follow up on defect remediation; debate of disputes in a professional manner and in accordance with process and proceduresPartner with business teams and risk partners to identify upstream process control weaknesses and to propose process changes to enhance the control environmentProvide thoughtful leadership and expertise to ensure risk is managed correctlyBuild global partnerships to facilitate ongoing dialoguesMake recommendations for the update of function/LOB control, policy, procedures, and risk/control documentationAssess levels of adherence/execution and identify risk/control improvements in high complexity environmentsIdentify cross-segment / region solutions and collaborate across multiple areas to identify effective and practical controls and risk management techniquesAct as an ambassador of the risk cultureExperience in loan or other credit-driven operations functionUtilize analytical skills and product/technical expertise necessary to execute assigned responsibilitiesUnderstand, connect, and communicate control findings to broad strategic business objectivesPossess industry knowledge and awareness, challenge the status quoMaintain up-to-date working knowledge of the bank's products/services and its operationsOutstanding relationship building skillsMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experienceExperience with procedure documentation, enterprise policy and standards, risk control frameworkAbility to work in a fast-paced environment to drive quality goals while meeting aggressive delivery deadlinesKnowledge of Credit products and banking practices with Loan IQ or Stucky experienceKnowledge of credit / loan agreement language and pricing structure of documentsUnderstanding of banking of laws, rules, and regulationsAudit or compliance background is a plusSyndicated Loan experienceLoan IQ experienceQuality Assurance experienceSome College (preferably at least 2 years)Microsoft Excel experienceEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
