Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriter

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriter to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating credit risk and preparing comprehensive credit reports. Compensation: $73,000 - $80,000 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field Experience in commercial loan underwriting Strong understanding of credit analysis and commercial real estate lending Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong communication and writing skills Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments effectively Responsibilities Perform underwriting due diligence, including analyzing loan packages, reviewing professional third-party reports such as appraisals and environmental reports, and conducting site inspections Prepare credit write-ups Prepare loan extension and other amendment write-ups Review title reports Perform other duties as assigned Must be able to travel by car as needed, up to 10% #J-18808-Ljbffr Grand Pacific Financing Corp
