Next Level Contracting LLC, the reconstruction division of SERVPRO Team Friermuth, is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator for our Puyallup location. They will be responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to successfully obtain, bid and price reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring an accurate scope of work is created, delivering a consistent and complete estimate, and maintaining a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, and resource providers involved in construction services.

Required: Restoration construction estimating experience and proficiency in Xactimate.

Base + Commission: This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure of 1-5% of net sale profits on projects managed. Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the estimating process

Develop accurate scopes of work and detailed Xactimate estimates

Communicate effectively with homeowners, insurance carriers, and project stakeholders

Identify project constraints, upgrades, and reconstruction opportunities

Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and specialty vendors when needed

Deliver complete, organized, and timely estimates

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

Xactimate™ estimating software experience is required

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.

1-3 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience

Superb customer service track record

Effective written and oral communication

Advanced math skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Team Player

Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check subject to applicable law.

Frequent driving and sitting

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
