**CNC Machinist / CNC Setup Operator (Direct Hire)

**What You'll Do

**

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes

• Read blueprints and engineering drawings

• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work holding

• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment

• Make offsets and minor program adjustments as needed

• Produce high-quality parts while maintaining tight tolerances

• Work closely with teammates to improve efficiency and quality

**What We're Looking For

**

• Experience with CNC machining, setup, or operation

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn

• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar controls is a plus

• Programming experience is a bonus, but not required¨NBSP;
