Key Responsibilities\n

• Function as an Independent Contractor, managing your client caseload within the frameworks established by Clear Mind Therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of senior clients' needs, identifying insights and developing tailored strategies that foster positive outcomes.

• Provide compassionate counseling and psychotherapy sessions for adult and senior clients, leveraging therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to encourage progress.

• Research and refer clients to additional resources, ensuring a continuum of care that extends beyond therapy sessions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation for each session and client interaction, aligning with compliance and ethical standards pertinent to the profession.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on senior clients, who frequently face unique challenges related to aging, loss, and mental health conditions. By offering tailored support, you will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life and motivating recovery through emotional and psychological resilience in a detox center environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required, providing a foundational understanding of clinical practices and mental health theories.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California, demonstrating your professional qualifications.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, to facilitate efficient documentation and communication.

• Self-motivated and comforted by the prospect of working independently, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in social work is preferred, however, strong candidates with varied experience will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n
