Account Manager II

To provide leave of absence coverage, the remote Account Manager II will manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating campaign execution while working within a designated time zone. Key responsibilities Become a trusted advisor for clients by organizing status calls and monitoring campaign deadlines Identify upsell opportunities during and post-campaign to foster partnership growth Advocate for the Voice of the Customer to enhance the Retail Media Network and ensure accurate revenue tracking Required qualifications BS/BA Degree 4-5 years of Account Management Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively Working knowledge of Salesforce is strongly preferred
