What You'll Bring: * Experience in corporate transactions. * An exceptional ability to understand, analyze, and tackle complex legal issues. * Comfort with drafting key legal documents. * An aptitude for managing client documents. * Proficiency with essential software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Westlaw. * A California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification and a bachelor's degree.
