Associate Account Executive (Oklahoma City) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgery

Job Description Associate Account Executive – MedTech Sales (Hospital/Hospital Systems) – Oklahoma City Territory. The role supports Ethicon US, LLC’s product sales and conversion of competitive products, qualifying and closing sales, and progressing toward an Account Executive role. Responsibilities Expand sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products in compliance with company policy and sales direction. Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities. Undergo training to understand product use and demonstrate proper use to healthcare providers in operating rooms. Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical manner that leads customers to action. Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products. Manage customer product questions and objections consistently with sales training methodology. Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in sales training courses. Assist surgeons with strategic platform and product coverage in operating rooms. Comply with safe behavior standards and demonstrate clinical knowledge. Conduct business in accordance with the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 0–2 years of business experience. Ability to travel as necessary (potentially overnight and/or weekend) and/or relocate to an assigned geography. Valid driver’s license issued in the United States. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience. Established business planning and forecasting experience. Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business. Experience selling in a new or changed sales channel. Strong desire to learn and grow professionally. Excellence in process management and organizational agility.
