Software Used: Microsoft Windows Server 2016, .Net 4.6, .Net Core, IIS.
Hardware Used: Windows-based PC\'s and Servers

Additional Security Requirements: Mandatory ITS Security Agreements, background check.

Summary: Systems Developer responsible for building .NET applications using c#, MVC, bootstrap, .net core and Oracle.

Knowledge Transfer Requirement: A weekly review of documentation will be a means of knowledge transfer. Written knowledge transfer may be required as needed. The Systems-Developer may be asked to educate various staff on coding practices, SQL queries & validations, etc.

OGS HBITS Determination: Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations.

Position Skill Level Requirement: 7+ Years: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Work in coordination with a team of developers to expand the current system.
• Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design.
• Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.
• Perform complex VB.Net/C# coding in a CSLA and MVC environment.
• Assist with responding to Juvenile Justice data requests.
• The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Technical Lead/Project Manager.
• Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL.

Requested Qualifications:

• 7 Years experience developing .net web applications.
• 6 Years experience writing and developing Web Services or WCF.
• 3 Years experience developing applications utilizing CSLA.
• 7 Years experience with PL/SQL writing packages, stored procedures and triggers.
• 4 Years experience utilizing Model View Controller (MVC).
• 4 Years experience with Team Foundation Server.
• Bachelors Degree.
