US Department of Defense Responsibilities Assess the need for improvements to Master Clock and time transfer electronics systems, subsystems, components, connections, and their associated electrical power systems. Design, modify, build, assemble, repair, and maintain them. Physically install electronic circuits and cables, move equipment and clocks, perform general maintenance, and similar work. Assist the different time transfer divisions with respective missions. Recognize the need for new techniques, particularly of electronic nature, and develop them using nonstandard theory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
