Class A CDL Truck Driver - No Touch Freight

Position Description Ryder is actively seeking a skilled Class A CDL Truck Driver with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Pay Weekly pay $1505 or more Solo miles pay: $0.65 per mile (approx. 2,200 miles per week) Earn $25.00 for each backhaul, approx. 6 backhauls per week 3–4 layovers per week Training paid Schedule: Sunday – Friday, 9:00 PM–3:00 AM dispatch Routes and Equipment SOLO routes to VA, PA, MD, OH, CT, NJ, ME, DE, NC, NY (excluding NYC) Regional routes Tractor types: Sleeper, Refrigerated, Inverter Trailer types: Dry Van, Reefer 53' Freight: No‑touch food goods Enhancement: Hazmat endorsement preferred (training covered) Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO in first year, starting Day 1 Uniform, cell phone & boot allowance 401(k) rollover and company match after 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (eligible) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech Requirements At least 21 years old Pass drug test & background check DOT physical and Ryder road test Valid CDL and required endorsements Minimum driving experience: 9 months in last 3 years, 2 years in last 5 years, or 5 years in last 10 years Can follow instructions and apply regulations Responsibilities Comply with federal/state laws and regulations Identify and mitigate safety hazards Maintain accurate records and logs Load/unload freight or assist as requested Carry out additional duties as assigned Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free workplace.
