Employment & Shift Employment Type: Full time. Shift: 12-hour night shift (7 PM – 7 AM), with an every other weekend commitment. Day shift available (7 AM – 7 PM). Location & Campus Located near Albany, Latham, Troy, and Clifton Park. The facility features a unique Greenhouse style with 16 twelve-bed houses. What You Will Do Administers nursing care to residents under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse. Assists with treatments and procedures and carries out selected duties within the framework of the established nursing plan of care. Collaborates with the RN to collect data, determine priorities, and base care on identified needs and goals. Contributes to the plan of care through effective communication with the RN and other healthcare team members. Under RN direction and within scope of practice, complies with established nursing policies, procedures, and standards to provide safe, quality care. Administers medications and monitors IV therapy as ordered and according to policies and standards. Provides emotional support to residents and families. Moves between houses on campus to provide care and pass medications. What You Will Need Current license to practice as an LPN in the State of New York. Pay Range $24.00 – $31.10 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under FLSA will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
