Description:
At de Lazy Lizard, the Drink Expo plays a key support role in delivering fast, accurate beverage service in a high-volume, fast-paced pirate restaurant environment. This position helps keep drinks moving from the bar to the guests, allowing servers to stay focused on their tables and ensuring guests receive their beverages quickly and correctly.
The Drink Expo is responsible for assisting servers by retrieving drinks from the bar, delivering beverages to the correct tables, and helping maintain organized and efficient service during busy shifts. This role works closely with servers to ensure beverages are delivered promptly and accurately while supporting overall floor operations. This position is responsible for garnishing all drinks and making sure all drinks are getting delivered to the table following the correct recipe and add straws and garnishes to the beverages. This position requires speed, awareness, and strong attention to detail. The Service Drink Assistant must verify drink tickets, match beverages to the correct tables, and communicate clearly with servers to prevent mistakes.
