Recruiting Coordinator

About The RoleThis role is based in NYC, SF, or Seattle and expected to come to our office a few times per week.Runway is building AI at the frontier of what's possible, and we're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us grow the team behind it. You'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting function, keeping processes airtight and candidate experience exceptional. You sweat the details others miss, you have a bias towards action, and you hold the bar high at every step of the process.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end coordination of recruiting across multiple roles; scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and keeping our ATS and documentation up to dateBe the guardian of the candidate experience by making every touchpoint feel above and beyondHelp improve and document recruiting processes as we scaleLearn the fundamentals of sourcing alongside our recruiters; over time, you'll take on more ownership of building pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channelsWhat You'll Need1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, Office Management, Administrative Assistant or a similar roleHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsClear, professional written communication and a habit of over-communicatingHigh candidate empathy, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitudeNice to Haves: Experience with common ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, etc) and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as AI toolsRunway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team.
