$42 per hour

SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

CONTRACT TERM
12 months

POSITION OVERVIEW – The Logistics Specialist 4 s erves as a liaison between 3PL, 4PL, carriers, and entities, analyzing operational reports and KPIs, tracking shipment status, and maintaining daily communication with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery across the supply chain network.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a liaison between 3PL, 4PL, carriers.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
• Produce and distribute department reports to various groups and stakeholders within the supply chain network.
• Provide shipment status updates to various business units.
• Download and analyze shipping data from TMS and WMS to identify in-transit status.
• Confirm deliveries (IOD) in TMS and upload documents (POD) to TMS and NERP.
• Maintain daily communication with 3PL, 4PL, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify trends and issues that can adversely affect on-time IOD/POD collection.
• Identify process improvements and streamline existing processes.
• Manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Actively support team projects and communicate effectively with team members.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:

• B.A. or B.S. with 5-7 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information to identify, escalate, and make recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening.
• Proficient Excel skills (extract data, V-LOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up.
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, detail-oriented, and analytical skills.
• Ability to support weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred:

• System knowledge of SAP and TMS.
