Business Manager

The University of Cincinnati seeks a Business Manager for the COM Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine. This role oversees budgeting, financial analysis, and grants administration; supports staffing, payroll, and faculty appointments; and manages procurement and vendor relationships. The manager will develop reports for leadership, ensure compliance with university and regulatory policies, and optimize departmental operations. Collaborating with faculty, researchers, and university offices, this position drives efficient resource use in support of education, research, and patient-care–related initiatives.
