We are a top-performing State Farm agency (top 7% nationwide) looking for a true producer. This is not an entry-level role. I’m looking for someone who:
• Can follow a proven sales process
• Is comfortable with high activity (calls, follow-ups, closing)
• Wants to produce at a high level (75–100 apps/month)What you’ll get:
• Daily leads
• Proven sales process (we train you exactly how to win)
• Strong team support + accountability
• 4-day work week
• High income potential tied to performance What I expect:
• Consistent activity (calls, quotes, follow-ups)
• Ability to handle objections and close
• Self-motivation and competitiveness If you’re average, this won’t be a fit.
