If you are committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and process excellence, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your allied health career.ResponsibilitiesDraw blood samples from patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations, accurately and safely following established procedures.Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring proper handling and documentation.Explain procedures to patients to create a comfortable environment and foster trust.Maintain accurate records and documentation of collected specimens and related information.Perform daily activities independently under the supervision of the area supervisor, ensuring timely completion.Maintain a safe, professional, and clean environment for patients and staff.Demonstrate organizational skills and promote a positive image to patients and colleagues.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime based on staffing needs.Required SkillsAbility to deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced settingExceptional phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patientsStrong organizational and recordkeeping abilitiesProficiency in keyboard and data entry tasksAdditional Skills & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPhlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)Minimum of 6 months related experience required; over a year of phlebotomy experience preferredMedical assistant or paramedic training is a plusMust be flexible and available to work Monday through Wednesday from 6:30am to 4:30pm, plus every Saturday from 7:00am to 12:00pmAvailable for a dynamic role that combines your technical skills with excellent patient interaction.
