Assembler

Job Title: Assembler

Pay : $20-$22/hour

Shift : 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble small connector parts and cable assemblies at a workbench using microscopes or magnifying glasses.

• Use tweezers and other hand tools to accurately position, prep, and secure connectors and cables.

• Follow detailed written work instructions to complete each step of the assembly process correctly and consistently.

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand assembly requirements, dimensions, and specifications.

• Perform basic inspection of assembled parts to verify quality and conformance to standards.

• Handle and organize small electrical and cable components carefully to avoid damage or loss.

• Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.

• Use basic math to verify measurements, counts, and component quantities as needed in the assembly process.

• Maintain a clean and orderly workbench and follow established procedures appropriate for a clean manufacturing environment2

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
