In this role, you will transform blueprints into complex mechanical and electrical assemblies using precision hand tools, pneumatic crimpers, and calibrated torque gear. Assemble heavy-duty structural components, chassis, and wire harnesses using complex production drawings and schematics. Perform high-quality soldering, crimping, wire routing, and multi-pin connector assembly. Run self-inspections to ensure every connection meets engineering and quality standards.You Will Be Accountable For :Build critical, high-power microwave radar transmitter cabinetsTransform blueprints into complex mechanical and electrical assembliesAssemble heavy-duty structural components, chassis, and wire harnessesPerform high-quality soldering, crimping, wire routing, and multi-pin connector assemblyPerform other duties as needed and assignedYou Are The Right Person For This Job If You Have :2 to 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, aerospace manufacturing, or wire harness fabrication.Advanced proficiency in precision soldering, contact crimping, and reading complex wiring schematics.Active or prior training in industry standards: IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, or J-STD-001 is highly preferred.Great manual dexterity, ability to stand for long periods, and the safety-first mindset to lift up to 35 lbs.High attention to details and the ability to work from basic hardware components up to finished, complex systems.This role requires access to export-controlled information, subject to the ITAR and EAR, for which the company will not pursue an export license/license exception.
