The organization invests heavily in modern software engineering practices and scalable platforms that support the business.ResponsibilitiesBuild and enhance scalable software platforms leveraging microservices, real-time messaging, and event-driven architecture.Partner with engineers, technical leadership, and business teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions.Develop and implement robust applications using Python and/or C#, following modern software design patterns and engineering best practices.Contribute to cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, CI/CD processes, and containerized deployment strategies.Promote engineering excellence by helping establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural direction across teams.Desired Background5+ years of professional software development experience with Python and/or C#.Experience building cloud-based applications within AWSHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technologies.Knowledge of event-driven systems, messaging architectures, and distributed applications.Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines.Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving ability, and passion for building scalable enterprise technology solutionsLogisticsWork Environment: Hybrid in Boston (1-3 days/week)Compensation: $180k - $190k + BenefitsEOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
