It's the way youth sports should be.The Program Director works alongside the franchise owner (Area Developer), marketing manager, and hiring manager to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! The Program Director manages the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, supervision of game-day operations, and customer service. Looking for someone to start part time and work up to the full time position based on performance.ResponsibilitiesOversee & assist in the creation, improvement, and execution of the business planManage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coachesServe as a lead for all league-wide communicationsDevelop rosters, schedules, and programming for various sportsOversee the daily operation of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinicsConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skillsQualificationsExcellent communication & organization skillsHighly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problemsAwareness & ability to take charge of any situationPositive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationshipsAbility to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekendsCompensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWith over 3.5 million registrations in communities across the country, i9 Sports is the nation's largest multi-sport provider focused solely on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs.
