Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) - Miami, FL

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On-call responsibilities & Occasional weekends as needed

Job Summary: Seeking a dynamic Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to provide both clinical leadership and administrative oversigh. This role combines direct patient care with strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality clinical services, regulatory compliance, and efficient operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and oversee clinical services across O&P clinics
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Develop, implement, and review clinical protocols and performance standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA
• Oversee clinician scheduling, workflow planning, and productivity benchmarks
• Address and resolve complex patient concerns and complaints
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational goals
• Maintain relationships with hospitals, providers, and external partners

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Around 2-3 years of experience in Orthotics & Prosthetics is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively
