Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including crisis intervention strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methods to facilitate effective client care.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Document assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards in a timely manner.
• Actively engage with local agencies and community partners to promote services and foster beneficial partnerships.
• Participate in agency licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population, which includes adults and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role is vital in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, helping them develop coping strategies, and supporting them in achieving personal goals for a healthier, more satisfying life.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state of Massachusetts.
• A strong ability to maintain clinical records accurately and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Proficiency in expressing ideas articulately, fostering open communication with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an annual salary within the range of USD 86,000 to USD 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
