This role is entirely remote, giving you the flexibility to work from your chosen environment while still connecting deeply with our clients. Azure Counseling Services values work-life balance and provides a structured schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, allowing our team to deliver optimal mental health services while also maintaining personal well-being. You will be equipped with modern telehealth tools to facilitate effective communication and counseling sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents, evaluating their psychological needs and creating personalized care plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, targeting emotional and mental health challenges that arise from aging and life transitions.

• Engage collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including doctors and social workers, to design and implement holistic care strategies for our geriatric clientele.

• Provide education to staff and families on ways to promote emotional health and improve the quality of life for older adults.

• Administer grief and loss counseling sessions for residents and their families, helping them navigate complex emotions associated with end-of-life issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
