ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, DIGITAL CLIENT MANAGEMENT & NEW BUSINESS Responsible for leading, fostering, managing and growing key client relationships that are a critical component of our business. Identify and drive new business initiatives in order to meet/exceed targets and goals for the Digital & Social department. Bring in a book of business with established and existing relationships with entertainment studios, streamers, or major brands Act as an advocate for your clients and as the voice for their projects at Concept. In doing so you: Thoroughly understand clients’ positioning, the competitive landscape, and identify needs and challenges in order to deliver the most creative and effective work. Write thorough project briefs and co-lead internal meetings with the Creative Director. Evaluate and help refine creative based on your clients’ brand and strategy. Proactively communicate with the client, creative, management, and production teams keeping projects on schedule and budget. Work directly with the Creative Director to ensure the creative work is on-strategy and on-brand for the client & project. Prepare proposals and scope of work for approval, including budgets and timelines, and negotiate at top level with clients as needed. Position Concept Arts as a long‑term social partner who helps brands build relevance, consistency, and growth, beyond day-to-day social platform posting, push for AOR and multi‑phase engagements LEADERSHIP As a leader at Concept, you maintain a high bar for yourself and your team when it comes to: initiative, communication, time management, attention to detail, organization and client focus. Work closely with the rest of the senior account team to oversee and develop the collective team as a highly functioning department.
