Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Texas SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in schools, with both monolingual and bilingual caseloads
• Strong ability to manage, evaluate, and document student progress
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to varying school environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for eligible students
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Manage case files, maintain documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Deliver direct therapy, when needed, to students from elementary and middle grades
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes
• Serve both monolingual and bilingual student populations effectively
