Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will support daily operations, assist clients, and help maintain smooth communication across departments. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
