Primary/Acute Care Clinic.

Ages 2 and up.

Aug. 3 - Aug. 31, 2026

M, F - 7:00a - 4:00p

T - 9:00a - 5:00p

W - 7:00a - 2:00p

TH - 9:00a - 4:00p

Clean FNP/PA Indiana license

2 years or more of FNP/PA work experience

DEA.

Malpractice, lodging provided.

Mileage reimbursed.
